BRIMAX Mixers
The BRIMAX mixer is used for the precise mixing of solid and liquid components. The operations are automatically controlled up to the completely mixed and cooled brine.
Consisting of a mixing tank, control unit and heat exchanger the BRIMAX mixer is available in 1,000 and 2,000 litre sizes.
Controlled and documented standardization of brine production mixed exactly according to the recipe, always with the same result, and indispensable for quality of all further processes including injection, tumbling, roasting, freezing and slicing. Complete dissolution of ingredients ensures consistent and accurate temperature and viscosity.
BRIMAX Storage
The BRIMAX storage tank ensures that the injector is supplied automatically with brine. This optimal equipment package guarantees uniform temperatures and homogenous brine quality.
Optional equipment such as an agitator / shear pump and thermo plate ensures a constant temperature and homogeneous brine. An important option for the brine mixer, it is the perfect partner to compliment the Schröder brine processing system. Seamlessly integrated, BRIMAX storage tanks link the brine preparation and injection processes and are available with 1,000 and 2,000 litre capacities. This will allow for up to 30,000 litres of brine supply daily, sufficient for the largest of factories.
